The short version

Treble Winner is a free game. Play it as much as you like, keep your leaderboard name clean, do not cheat or hammer the servers, and understand that it comes with no guarantees. By using the site you agree to these terms. What we do with your data is in the privacy policy.

Who you are dealing with

Treble Winner is run by LTD Async, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact us about anything on this page at info@async.ge.

Who can play

Anyone. If you are under 16, say no to analytics in the banner and use a nickname on the leaderboards — see the privacy policy.

The game

There is no account and nothing to pay. The game, the Daily Treble, the leaderboards and share links are offered as they are, and we may change, reset or withdraw any of them — including clearing a leaderboard — without notice. The daily game gives each browser one scored run a day; later runs are practice.

Seasons are simulated. Results, odds and rankings are the output of this game's own model and mean nothing outside it.

Leaderboard names

A name you save to a leaderboard is public. Do not use one that is abusive, hateful or sexual, that impersonates someone, that contains someone else's personal details, or that advertises anything. We can rename or remove any entry, and any name, for any of those reasons or for no stated reason at all.

Playing fair

Please do not:

• script, automate or replay requests to get onto a leaderboard;
• use the site's API in a way that loads it heavily, or scrape it wholesale;
• try to get round the one-scored-run rule, break into anything, or interfere with how the site works for others.

We may remove entries, and block access, where we think any of this is happening.

The players, the clubs and the ratings

Which club and decade a player belongs to comes from Wikidata, whose data is published under CC0. Club, national-team and competition names are used only to say who played where, and they and any trademarks in them belong to their owners. Treble Winner is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any club, league, federation or player.

The ratings behind the simulation are this project's own opinion of each player. They are editorial judgement, not fact, and not a statement about anyone's real ability.

The typefaces, Inter, Archivo Black and Noto Sans Georgian, are used under the SIL Open Font License.

No guarantees

The site is free and provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it is free of errors, or that leaderboards and share links will be kept. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using it or from not being able to.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited — for example for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for death or personal injury — and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and using the site after that means using it on the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes go to the courts of Tbilisi. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
