Football history
The clubs and decades behind the reels, and the sides that actually won the treble.
In Treble Winner the reels hand you a club and a decade and you draft from whoever they had. The better you know the history, the better you draft. These articles are the background: who the great sides were, when they were great, and where the game's own squad pool thinks each club was at its strongest.

The clubs of the Easy and Normal pools
The game orders every club by the average rating of its sixteen best players across all seven decades. The top six make up the Easy pool and the top fourteen the Normal pool, which is also the pool the Daily Treble is drawn from. Each of the fourteen has an article on its history and its best decades.

The strongest decades in the game
Every club and decade in the game is a "cell" — the squad the reels draw from when they stop there. This table ranks the cells by the average rating of their eleven highest-rated players. It is the game's opinion, worked out from its own ratings, and it is recalculated from the live squad pool every time the page is served.

How to read the tables
- Best-XI rating — the average game rating of a cell's eleven highest-rated players, whatever their positions. It is a measure of how good the best of a squad was, not a team that actually played together.
- Rank — where that cell stands among every club-and-decade cell in the game.
- First on — the easiest difficulty whose reels can land on that cell. A cell that is first on Easy can come up on every difficulty; one first on Hard only on Hard.
- Highest rated in the game — the three best-rated players the pool has for that club in that decade.
Squads come from Wikidata, so a player appears in every decade his recorded spell at a club touches, and the ratings are the game's own (see how the ratings are made). Historical facts in the articles — titles, finals, managers — come from the public record. If you spot an error, write to info@async.ge.
